Yes, it’s a really beautiful bike that can be used for leisurely cruising down a wide boulevard. However, it’s much more than that by design.

The Rebel CMX1100 is something special…

With its individual looks – as well as easy, nimble handling and fun engine response – riders, many new to two wheels, have enjoyed and customised the Rebel CMX500 the world over.

The family resemblance is instant, but the Rebel CMX1100 has a great deal going on. The torquey, characterful parallel twin-cylinder engine features Throttle By Wire management, 4 riding modes, Honda Selectable Torque Control and Wheelie Control.

Cruise control is standard and our unique, six-speed Dual Clutch Transmission an option. And this cool cruiser is also made for corners – 43mm cartridge-style front forks, piggyback rear shocks and a radial-mount four-piston front brake caliper see to that.

4 Riding modes, 3-level HSTC and Wheelie Control
You are in charge of this engine’s output;

STANDARD mode, at low speed is relaxed but as rpm rises it unleashes much more potential.

RAIN transmits low engine power and engine braking, matched to high Wheelie Control and HSTC for extra reassurance, or a relaxed ride.

SPORT gives aggressive power delivery, with low Wheelie Control and HSTC intervention. USER mode allows complete customisation.

Flexible seating and USB Type-C charger
You can ride solo or carry a passenger, as the rear seat pad quickly and easily unbolts. Under the seat there’s a useful 3L storage compartment, which features a USB Type-C charging point.

The evocative, low-set 175mm diameter circular headlight houses four direct emitting LED bulbs with thick inner lenses.

The small, 55mm turn indicators have classic looks, while the oval, clear-lensed LED taillight strikes a contemporary note.

Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT)

Six-speed DCT, which offers manual gear changes (from trigger shifters on the left handlebar) or smooth, automatic performance with shift character reflecting riding mode selection.

DCT is a geared transmission with the durability and efficiency of a conventional gearbox, but that also has automatic clutch and gear-shifting, allowing the rider to focus on other operations. There is no clutch lever or foot shift lever.

Honda is a pioneer in DCT technology, having introduced it to powersports in the 2010 VFR1200F sport-tourer and applied evolved iterations to high-performance vehicles like the Africa Twin adventure platform and the Talon sport side-by-side, as well as the Gold Wing touring flagship.
