P&H is the biggest and most exciting motorcycle destination in the South of England.  Our team of experts represent six of the best bike manufacturers in the world including Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, Yamaha, Suzuki, CF Moto and Norton.  P&H also stock some of the most iconic parts/accessories brands Ohlins, Akropovic, Garmin and Oxford Products.

We are looking for a proactive, experienced salesperson to join the team in our parts department.  You will ideally have at least two years’ experience in the retail sector, an interest in motorcycles is essential, a full licence or CBT would be an advantage.  Flexibility is a must, as well as the ability to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

• Make it a top priority to delight all customers and maximise customer retention through excellent, personalised service.
• Act upon every opportunity to proactively sell, up-sell parts and any related accessories.
• Manage stock levels, staying within the budgeted stock levels, adhering to the company’s obsolescence and stock guidelines.
• Carry out perpetual parts stock checks to ensure the accuracy of the total parts/accessories stock.
• Always ensure accuracy of customer data collection, providing valuable information for marketing activities and being GDPR compliant.
• Take an active role in ensuring that showroom displays are regularly checked, changed, correctly priced and pristine.
• Control all aspects of parts ordering and ensuring it is correct every time.
• To manage eBay listings and online orders.
• Control all parts returns process ensuring that’s everything is accurate and correct.
• Contribute to meeting all departmental and company targets and objectives.
• Support the general development of P&H Motorcycles.
