Delivery options (UK only)

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 working days) – £3.99 (FREE for orders over £100)
  • DPD Next working day – £6.99 (excludes Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & Scilly Isles – orders to these locations will be sent Royal Mail Tracked)

We aim to process all orders within 1 working day. Any orders placed after a cut-off time (2 pm) or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase in original condition, un-used and with all original packaging/ tags. We cannot accept helmet returns due to safety issues. Buyers are responsible for returns postage and we do not take responsibility for any returns lost in transit.
 
With the returned item please include your name, address and ideally a copy of the invoice along with the reason for return and whether you require an exchange or a refund.  All correspondence and returns should be sent to:

We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered or damaged returned goods, any claims for undelivered goods must be made through the carrier that they were despatched with.
The above returns policy refers to items bought online – this does not cover items bought in our store.
