We aim to process all orders within 1 working day. Any orders placed after a cut-off time (2 pm) or on weekends will be processed the next working day.
Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase in original condition, un-used and with all original packaging/ tags. We cannot accept helmet returns due to safety issues. Buyers are responsible for returns postage and we do not take responsibility for any returns lost in transit.

We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered or damaged returned goods, any claims for undelivered goods must be made through the carrier that they were despatched with.
