For the price of your individual course, add together the CBT plus however many days that you wish to train with us (you will be advised of this when completing your CBT od Free assessment), add on the price of the practical test to obtain the total price. The price od DSA Practical Test is £60 (£70 on Saturdays).
Please remember that you are liable for the first £250 of any damage that occurs to our bikes whilst they are hired by you. This can be avoided by paying the daily charge od £4 for Collision Damage Waiver.
All the above courses include the use of helmet, jacket. gloves & waterproofs.
All courses start at 9am until 4pm, unless otherwise stated. The time of your test will be agreed with ART at time of booking. Half day courses will finish no later than 1pm.
Hourly rates for our courses compare very favourably with other training schools (A2/125cc - £19.28 per hour inc. bike hire; DAS/500cc - £21.42 per hour inc. bike hire). We also have out own dedicated training site and classroom that operates seven days a week (we do not share car parks or school playgrounds on a part-time basis.
Checklist:
- You must bring your UK driving licence every day of the course. (Both parts for photo licences) Check that your licence has the correct provisional entitlements (A for motorcycles, P for mopeds)
- Before taking the Practical Motorcycle Test, you will need to have passed the Motorcycle theory test. For theory test bookings phone the Driving Standards Agency on 0870 0101372 or book online at www.dsa.gov.uk
- Make sure that your eyesight meets the minimum requirement & bring glasses/contact lenses if necessary.
- If you are using your own machine, ensure that it is legal, roadworthy and fitted with L plates. We must see your insurance and MOT certificates.
- If it's cold, dress in warm clothes and it its hot still wear long trousers, gloves and a jacket.
