YZF-R1. Only the name remains the same!

YZF-R1MYamaha gave its designers and engineers carte blanche to build an entirely new machine for the next generation R1. Designed and engineered from the ground up everything has been scrutinised in the utmost detail to deliver track performance in a road legal bike. Drawing heavily on the MotoGP M1 the new R1 features technology never before seenYZF-R1M in a road legal counterpart. First seen in 2010 the cross plane crank has even undergone a redesign still with its irregular valve timings. The powerplant is capable of producing 200hp max power when the airbox is not under pressure. Every part of the engine has been re-engineered even down to the combustion chambers. The R1 can now claim to be the most technologically advanced motorcycle thanks to the implementation of the Inertial Measurement unit (IMU), which features a 6 axis measuring from sensors on the bike. So all this and the wet weight is still only 199kg , (179kg dry). This is achieved by the use of specialist metals such as light weight titanium for the con rods and magnesium for the wheels.

That not enough for you, the R1 is also available as a TRACK ONLY R1M.

This is a limited special edition motorcycle for professional riders and race teams. This model will come with extra electronic gadgetry such as Electronic Racing Suspension (ERS) and a Communication Control Unit

(CCU) allowing for WIFI interatction to a specially developed iPad app. The bike also features a carbon hull and special Bridgestone tyres.

YZF-R3. Half the engine size twice the bike!

Yamaha makes its entry into the small supersport market with its new YZF-R3. The twin cylinder 321cc engine delivers 42hp making it available to the category A2 license holder. Taking its inspiration from the world renowned R1 and R6, R3 is set to take the middleweight market by storm with stylings drawn from its elder brother and sister. The bike features a steel frame and long swing arm and gives the handling a very sporty feel.

MT-09 Tracer

MT-09 Tracer. Adding another dimension to the MT line!

The MT-09 took the world by storm in 2014 and now for 2015 the Tracer adds a new dimension to the MT model range. Hailed as a multi-role machine the bike is equipped for long range touring and features an aerodynamic sports cowl with a adjustable screen, a long range fuel tank (18 litres), and an upright and adjustable riding position. The Tracer also features the Tracer Specific D-Mode settings which give the rider three power options for sports, touring and general riding ensuring the powerplant delivers a smooth ride for the riders requirements.

TMAX. Europe’s best selling maxi-scooter is equipped with a restyled cowling, as well as upside down front forks and a refined keyless system. TMAX is joined by a new special edition IRON MAX.
