California Superbike School heads to Silverstone

California Superbike School heads to Silverstone

Those who fancy themselves as the next Valentino Rossi can don their motorcycle clothing and head to Silverstone this August for a two-day session with the California Superbike School.

Bikers will get to try out the brand new circuit layout and can play on their own machine or use one of the fully prepared 2010 Yamaha R6 bikes complete with Dunlop Sportsmart tyres.

This marks the first time the two-day camp has been held in the UK and gives students the chance to cover skills including cornering errors and training their eyes.

Each day, bikers get six 30-minute on-track sessions and with two students to one coach, tuition can be tailored to your needs.

To take part, you must wear motorcycle clothing such as one-piece leathers, or a two-piece that zips all the way around.

Best of all, the learning doesn't stop after the two days - once you get home and head out on the roads you can carry on improving your riding technique, as a DVD of the course will be provided.
