Dear Mr Paul Searle,
I took up motor biking in 2008 with ART Training based in P&H Motorcycles and purchased my first bike (an SV650) from Mark, before returning a year later to upgrade to a Hyabusa. I use P&H for all my clothing and servicing needs and I have always had good service. However I felt compelled to write to you this time to feedback on some excellent service recently received with regards to a recent piece of work that has been carried out on my motorbike with P&H Motorcycles.
On Saturday 31st october I had a problem on my Hyabusa when the back brake seized up on my while in the middle of a ride out. After bringing it back to P&H to evaluate the damage, Will informed me that there could be an issue with Suzuki not taking responsibility for faulty parts, blaming my riding for the brake seizing up i.e. leaving my foot on the back brake. After never having an issue on two Suzuki bikes and over 7,000 miles fo riding I found this incredulous.
Will has helped me out immensely in dealing with Suzuki on this and getting to a solution that is satisfactory for P&H, Suzuki and myself and I would like to pass on my thanks for his help in this issue.
Will has turned an situation that had threatened the loyalty of a customer to P&H and Suzuki into one where I am more than pleased to recommend the customer service I have received from both parties to all my friends.
I look forward to many more visits to P&H and continued excellent service.
Yours Sincerely,
David Green
