Hello to all at P&H,
I would like to start of by saying this email is not a complaint but it was very nearly.
I bought a new DL1000 GT from you three months ago and have been waiting for various parts to turn up and other defective parts replaced. I realise that this is a problem caused by Suzuki; however, my purchase is with P & H so that's where my dissatisfaction must pass.
As there our many dealers out there some good, some bad I was ready to take my business elsewhere. Thanks to the good work and very friendly nature of your sales, parts and service teams I do not feel inclined to do so.
I will be visiting whenever I equipment, service and of course my next new bike. More important to all of this I will be telling my friends and colleagues.
A special thanks should go to the lady charged with sorting this whole mess out as she kept me informed and in the end, got the job done.
