What a great email to receive, thanks for sharing this with us.

We never had (or have) any doubt that the level of sales and after sales service that Victory riders will get fro P and H Motorcycles will be the best in the industry and match that of a Premium brand motorcycle. I think this all just started because a few of our earlier Victory riders who have been used to getting individual attention thought that by our change in direction to the larger type dealerships thought that we don’t care about them as much any more and that they would get lost in the system We (Victory) have still got a lot of work to do to install confidence in riders buying decision to choose Victory and we appreciate everything you are doing to work with us on this.

I would still like us to explore the opportunity to hold a simple Victory riders social event for a few hours maybe one evening or weekend at your showroom and show riders around your facility and meet your staff. I feel this may a long way to breaking down those barriers.

On another note, I have confirmed a Victory/P&H Motorcycles stand at the Brighton Burn Out Ace café run on 13th September. We will take care with all the arrangements but if we could have the use of 2-3 of your stock bikes plus Simon for the day it would be appreciated. Again we can put on some hospitality for your (and other) Victory riders there.
