Afternoon Paul.

Thought I'd take a moment to write and commend you on the level of service your staff have provided me with in recent months.
I have been a long term customer of P&H having bought 4 motorcycles from you to date (3 R1's and a Ducati) in May after many months of anticipation I took delivery of my Desmosedici. The bike itself is simply amazing and have just completed 3000 mile of both road and hard track riding making sure I get my monies worth.

Since placing my order Marcus had been nothing but brilliant in keeping me informed of progress from the factory and any new technical info when it came available. My impatience was probably quite telling at times as to much annoyance of my girlfriend, many days were spent 'just popping in' to see if there was any progress and talk about the bike. One the day itself, Marcus hand over was very thorough leaving no question unanswered. Even letting me collect the bike the following day due to poor weather conditions.

Throughout the Summer as I mentioned I covered many miles resulting in some niggles that Will, Darren and Ray in the Service Department were able to turn round in very quick time. This coupled with my order of the GP7 Evo kit and the apparent nightmare Ray had to fit it had the Service department tied up with my bike for some time.
Ray's knowledge and workmanship has been first class, asked him to see if he could fit a GPS somewhere, his solution looks like a Ducati fit. Superb.


To finish, Paul you have some very good people there (including others I haven't mentioned, Simon, Mark and so on...). As someone who also has many people working under me I know how difficult it is to find the good ones. Tell them to keep up the excellent work, take care of them and please pass on my sincere gratitude...
