I am just writing to say how impressed I have been by your parts and sales team. I have been endeavouring to buy a Givi rack for my motorcycle and the assistance I have received by Ron in the Parts Department, who has been diligent in examining and obtaining the options for me has been exceptional.

As a result of my visit I ended up purchasing a new pair of boots, and once again the clothing assistant (who I believe only works weekends) could not have been friendlier or more helpful.

This concept of good service still appears to be the exception of many motorcycle stores, but I will certainly be willing to travel to take advantage of yours again.
