Fortunately, it also delivers over 160 mpg and over 130 miles per tank, so you can keep on running for as long as the mood takes you.
With its highly distinctive style, the Wave 110i is clearly no ordinary scooter. The 17” wheels and nippy fuel injected engine mean that it is capable of far more than that. Yet none of this has come at the cost of city centre performance. In fact, the Honda Wave 110i is more than a match for the mean streets, with a highly controllable, compact chassis and flexible 45° steering angle. It's also a very sociable bike, with ample space, and power, for you and a passenger to commute in comfort.
The 2012 Honda Wave 110i keeps you firmly in control too, with a manual 4-speed transmission and more than enough braking from the 220 mm front disc. What's more, despite the big wheels, you retain a low centre of gravity, to help you swing and sway your way through town in complete safety.
But it's beyond the edge of town that you will really appreciate the Honda Wave110i, as the big wheels and effortless engine adapt seamlessly to the open road, in a way that would leave many smaller wheel scooters struggling and screaming for mercy. If the traditional scooter is the ultimate urban personal transport, then the Honda Wave 110i is the bike that moves you out to the burbs.
