As well as offering breathtaking power and brilliantly responsive performance, the CBF1000F ABS features a highly advanced Antilock Brake System that provides exceptionally smooth and confidence-inspiring braking control in the most extreme braking conditions, where riders of all skill levels need it most.

Mine is an 08 & I love it. The power is silky smooth and the torque just pulls & pulls. Cornering is easier than my previous CBR600-FX, I just think it round bends. It's great 2 up & always comfy. ABS is a really life saver & saved my bacon at least twice. I get between 160 & 180 miles per tank, which works out at about 45 to 50MPG. One downside is the finish. I already have some rust, which I didn't expect from Honda. My CBR600 at 40k miles had none! Overall I'd say it's an excellent bike.

The bike journo's dismiss this bike for being a bit bland! My view is ride it and make your own opinion... I think it's great! It may not be a "head turner", but the engine pulls in any gear and handles well. The weight is low down and is really easy to ride slowly when filtering. Great idea of the three position seat.
